Bonnie Schneider works as a journalist for CNN. The DIY Network's LAST House STATING, which premiered on the 30th of March, 2012 included Bonnie Schneider as the expert on camera, as well as the executive producer. Bonnie's first book is EXTREME WEATHER published Palgrave Macmillan on January 31 in 2012. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. For three days in a week, Schneider also worked as a reporter for WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. She was employed at WFOR-TV as a weekend meteorologist before moving to WB56. She held various reporting and meteorology positions including News 12 Long Island (a 24/7 cable television news network) as well as WXII-TV, both in Winston-Salem. She also worked for the CBS network located in New York City as a frequent meteorologist filling in on The Saturday Early Show.
